This story was somewhat interesting. President Musharraf, of Pakistan, took away the right to control what radio & TV stations broadcast. He is trying to ban the stations from saying bad things about the government. Mushaffaf states he wants to “control a pro-Taliban insurgency.” I think that he is doing this because he fears that if the public knows the truth they will turn on him.
Some t.v stations or brodcasting companies have found ways to get around the rules, by streaming in other countries and stuff.
I think that President Musharraf is in fear of losing the respect of the citizens of his country.His actions will make him loose the country .
