“All i want is everything” by Cecily Von Ziegesar in the Gossip Girl series.
Serena and Blair have repaired their friendship and are now best friends. Blair is getting over being dumped by Nate for freshman Jenny. Blair’s life has been in chaos due to her mother’s marriage to Cyrus Rose, a man Blair considers to be a loser. The Black and White ball has arrived and everyone is coupling up and shopping till they drop to find the perfect outfit. Blair’s stepbrother Aaron escorts Blair and Serena to the ball and ends up being preoccupied by his beautiful stepsister. Meanwhile, Nate is checking out Blair and rethinking his decision to dump her for Jenny. Dan is now dating Vanessa but he doesn’t feel very comfortable around her lately. Serena hooks up with rock star Flow while Blair connects with Aaron’s friend, Miles. As holiday break arrives Serena and Blair jet off to St. Barts for some relaxation and romance. When Miles shows up in St. Barts, Blair starts plotting to get closer to him.
The protagonist in this story is definitly Serena Van DerWoodson, and the Antagonist is Blair Waldorf. Recently they have been getting along but usually when there is drama or problems Blair starts them, and Serena is just trying to live her life to the fullest. She loves Blair, but she wont give up having a fun for her.
I would reccomend this book for kids ages 12-18. Its a story about teens and it would be interesting for this age group. These books keep you on the edge of your seat and the story line to all the books in the series are very alluring.
